ARRIVED IN BYRON: 17th July-2 days ago

LEAVING: Monday-22nd July. In Australia for 1½ months traveling by bus with "Oz Experience" -starting in Cairns and ending in Sydney. Had previously been in Nimbin and the next destination is Bellingen.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY: I'm getting a haircut; I want to go home looking different. I want my head shaved and bleached. I do this sort of thing often.

BEST PLACE TO EAT: Usually cook for myself at the backpackers, had eaten at Subway, it's expensive to eat out by the time you buy drinks.

BEST NIGHTLIFE: Have only been to the Rails-had a good time.

BEST THING ABOUT BYRON: So far, the lighthouse walk- I am going out on ocean kayaks tomorrow

WORST THING ABOUT BYRON: Expensive. Had also heard that there were bedbugs at the backpackers, but the lady at the backpackers said that there weren't any in winter. (Hasn't encountered any bedbugs yet)
